J.D. Carson (younger cousin to Chris Stokes, Omarion, and Marques Houston) is CEO of Urban Streets Media Group & T.G.I. Marketing & Promotions Firm, LLC. J.D. Carson has spent years assisting record labels, film companies, entertainment groups, as well as universities, public schools, and ambitious business owners find specific ways to grow their business with less effort through modified promotional strategies.

J.D. eventually began working with Capitol Records as J. Holiday's Tour & Production Manager and has worked as Associate Producer of countless Motion Picture Movie Soundtracks featuring Lil' Flip, Ray J, Paul Wall, Omarion, Manni Fresh, Tyrese, Crime Mob, etc.

Rick Ross, Co-CEO of Urban Streets TV - and yeah it's my real name - is another member of the Chris Stokes family legacy - and CEO of Level 1 Media and President of Urban Streets Television - is the younger cousin to multi-platinum music producer, screenwriter, director, and business-manager Chris Stokes of TUG Entertainment.

Rick Ross has been involved in the music business for many years. As a music producer, engineer, graphic designer & video producer/director. Rick has had various successes in the industry.

In High school Rick painted & airbrushed on clothes, worked with several bands & had songs on the radio 93FM WZAK - what up DJ Dave Tolliver - "Men at Large".

In Germany, Rick Produced for several Rap /R&B groups like "Poetry N Motion" Sony/Dancepool (BMG)- Now residing in the NorthWest, He has worked with artists like: Drekno, T-Boy, Jay Barz, Famous from No Good Therapy, DIP, Sonny Bonaho, P.O.W. Camp & Many more!

Rick has been in the "background" for many up & coming artists. Now... Television is where we are - With production ranging from Music Videos, Urban Streets TV on Comcast, DVD's special projects, commercials on BET, MTV, VH1 and so on.

Most Recent accomplishment: Rick Ross was the recepient of the 1st ever Pierce County Executive Award for Excellence in Hip Hop. Thank you Musica!

Urban Streets TV, led by the Rick Ross & CEO of T.G.I. Marketing, Trio School Supplies, Music Soul Cafe, The Drop Zone, and Su Barrio TV) is the new BET on the rise. The company was founded in January 2006 and within a matter of a few months Urban Streets Media Group leaped to immediate success by the end of its first year in business - securing marketing contracts with clients the caliber of actor/comedian Katt Williams, singer/songwriters Mary J. Blige, Keyshia Cole, J. Holiday, and Dream - all while working with fellow multi-platinum family members Chris Stokes, Omarion, and Marques Houston.

Urban Streets Media Group (i.e., parent company of Urban Streets TV) is a full service entertainment merchandising company. We provide our clients (the majority of which who are major entertainment companies and record labels, as well as solo artists, broadcast media companies, and independent record labels alike) with a global solution for selling, branding, and marketing of merchandise and visual intellectual property.
